When you place your order there is a flat delivery fee of R 100.00 anywhere within South Africa. If you are in a main centre, you will receive your order within 2-3 days. If you are in an outlying area, then please allow for a 2-4 day delivery.
Yes! Any return or exchange can be made within 14 days of purchase. If your payment has already been processed and the parcel shipped, you will need to take charge of the delivery and return of the order to Swish. Once the parcel has been received and checked by Swish, a full refund (minus bank charges and courier costs) will be made within 3 working days.
Note that each of these garments and accessories have been handmade and not mass produced, so please forgive any natural imperfections. That being said, as much as we make every endeavor to check each piece prior to packaging, mistakes do occur. So please allow us the opportunity to rectify and amend timeously. We will of course take responsibility for the collection and re delivery of your order.
